We're really sorry to hear that your order has been damaged in transit by our carrier, Hermes. No one likes a battered & bruised brownie!
If your parcel has arrived damaged, we will need photos so that we can pass the complaint on to our carrier.
The photos need to show clearly A) the outside packaging and B) how the inside product has been damaged. Without these photos, we regret that we will not be able to look into the claim further for you. Please make sure you take as many photos as you can to back your claim when we pass it on to Hermes.
