Damaged Parcels

We're really sorry to hear that your order has been damaged in transit by Royal Mail or another carrier. No one likes a battered & bruised brownie!

If your parcel has arrived damaged, we request that you take several photos showing the damage to the packaging and to the contents of the order.

The photos need to show clearly A) the outside packaging and B) how the inside product has been damaged. Without these photos, we regret that we will not be able to look into the claim further for you. Please make sure you take as many photos as you can to back your claim.
